Hi

I have a copy of MS office 2013 (License for one user) install in my laptop which clashed, therefore i'm unable to uninstall the copy.

If I were to get a new laptop, I could reinstall the MS office 2013 into the new laptop? Would I run into any licensing issues?

there won't be any licensing issue.

From Office 2013, all copies will be sold as RETAIL version.

meaning license is transferable.

Thanks for the reply. Would you be able to clarify more on how do we transfer it, as my hard disk is no more bootable

there is no need for u to do anything.

if u failed an activation, just called the hotline, and answer the automated voice system can already and will redirect u for the activation code.
