mSATA for laptop

Hi,

Was wondering if my Lenovo U430p can support an mSATA SSD?
I checked the online forums and it says yes. So does it mean I can buy
an external mSATA SSD (like a big memory card like that) and use it to install Windows?

Sorry what I meant was my notebook supports M2 SSD. It says on the manual max 24G? Means maximum M2 memory I can put in is 24gb? Will it work if I buy the 128GB?
