Cheaper but not sure by how much as i wasn't the one who checked out the prices in sg.
The central world shop usually has 15% discount (prices still cheaper w/o the 15%) and recently, i bought over 2,000 baht of items and got another 100 or 150 baht off, some promo for every 1,500 baht spent.

Just for your information, Mt Sapola is actually a Singaporean brand (I noticed their HQ is at Tai Seng!) but it is a fair bit cheaper in Thailand.
