Music Playlist Sync issue

Not sure if any one encounter this problem as well but it is very frustrating.

I purchased few songs from itunes store and added it into playlist. After syncing, the song disappeared from the playlist.

Then i tried adding the songs to the playlist in my laptop and sync to my phone. The songs still does not appear in the playlist.

Later I manually the songs to playlist in the phone..sync again. Song disappeared again.

Conclusion, the songs disappeared in the playlist each time i do sync. But this bug does not happen every time i buy music.... sometimes it is working fine.

Anyone encountering this as well?

No one having this issue?
This is also being discussed in other forums i found.
But there are too many "workarounds" (some work some dont).

Just wondering why Apple dont fix this simple bug.
