My Bad Experience with UPS

Bought a headphone from B&H, use UPS to ship to Singapore.

Thursday: Attempted delivery. Need to pay $37 GST + $10 disbursement fee. My sis at home didn't have $50 on hand, so didn't hand over. I called UPS customer service to arrange for delivery on Sat 4-6pm.
Friday: Good Friday holiday.
Saturday: Called customer service around 11am+ to confirm. Yes, will come anytime from now til 6pm, they said. By 6pm, didn't come. Called customer service, closed for the day.
Sunday: Public holiday
Monday: Called early morning to arrange for delivery 3-6pm on that day. Went home early to wait. No delivery by 6pm. Called again, wait til 10pm they said. Nothing by 935pm. Called customer service a few times, no one picked up, all agents busy it seems (they close at 10pm on a Monday).
Tuesday: Today. Not going to call, or wait anymore. Decided to write this post to rant.

UPS? Never again.
