I purchased some Xiaomi accessories from their online shop a couple of weeks back. When I do a tracking check of my parcel, it shows a status of delivered and signed. Problem is that I did not receive the package. Further check disclosed that the package is delivered to a wrong address.

Called up SingPost CusCare on this matter and the anwers they give such as 'we will investigate and keep you update' This has been going on for nearly two weeks without any result. The standard of CusCare is horrible with operators speaking a different kind of English :s11: Christmas is round the corner and still my parcel is missing. Such services coming from a World Class Organization.

My next point is .. are all HDB blocks here having different Blk number but with identical unit number?

How it's possible for SingPost to have delivered my parcel to the wrong address and have it signed? Is the delivery staff doing his work/check or a dishonest trick?

I'm really pissed by such actions from SingPost and wondering if the senior management read feedback from the ground.

Are there any staff from SingPost here .. :D

Even if there is a #04-12 in both Block 181 and 182, that is still no excuse. The full address is there, unless the postman is illiterate how can he not know the difference? Sounds more like a case of dishonesty.

I used Xiaomi / Singpost's Popstation service. So far so good. Ready for collection within two working days. You not using this service?

This is what I'm thinking. If you visit SingPost FB, there are many comments on such happening. The replies from their CusCare people are all the same canned messages. Looks to me this department is being run by non-Singaporean - give peanuts and get monkey syndrome.

I'm thinking what the next course of actions should I seek.

Popstation is punctual and fast . Singpost is mainly dependent on luck .

If the courier guy decides to play ninja then good luck;) .
