I purchased some Xiaomi accessories from their online shop a couple of weeks back. When I do a tracking check of my parcel, it shows a status of delivered and signed. Problem is that I did not receive the package. Further check disclosed that the package is delivered to a wrong address.
Called up SingPost CusCare on this matter and the anwers they give such as 'we will investigate and keep you update' This has been going on for nearly two weeks without any result. The standard of CusCare is horrible with operators speaking a different kind of English
Christmas is round the corner and still my parcel is missing. Such services coming from a World Class Organization.
My next point is .. are all HDB blocks here having different Blk number but with identical unit number?
How it's possible for SingPost to have delivered my parcel to the wrong address and have it signed? Is the delivery staff doing his work/check or a dishonest trick?
I'm really pissed by such actions from SingPost and wondering if the senior management read feedback from the ground.
