I will just say go buy pte or find yr sig other then buy hse. Otherwise this world favor the family nucleus over singles so mybfd

If the friend still need TS for the hint, then it is better for the friend to remain single.

Is the girl chio-bu. If so, tell the friend mai-tu liao. Straight ask girl go register for a flat as couple. Get then register marriage. Save on the draggy courting part. Meanwhile in between can improve on the relationship. :s22:
