actually most ppl dont see the back kitchen dont know how they prepare the caipng. veg meat on the floor in the sink, rats droppings, roaches running ard. see riao u wont dare to eat.

i have a friend a veteran in food business, unless its some big restaurants, for hawkers foodcourt kopitiam he will only eat from stalls tat cook infront of him.
