when i sleep i never shutdown, i let it auto sleep.

i think the issue only started to happen after i ddu and upgrade driver. Or maybe its 20H2 windows causing the issue.

I think is driver, my RTX2080 was doing this for a while.. then i sold it away, so didnt manage to solve it

I used to have a similar BSOD on wake problem and it was driver related.

Do you have g sync on?
Try if it goes away if you turn it off.
Otherwise try to remove the unused display from device manager
And update gpu driver

One of them solved it for me
