My Xiaomi cannot auto rotate. Help

My Xiaomi was working fine. But today the auto rotate function suddenly stop working. I tried resetting, turning the auto rotate function off and then on again. Nothing works

Please help

plse check did u got the fake redmi ?

if yes, sorry unable to help.

alternative ...press power button together with the volume button for awhile to reset.

hope that will help.
