Anyone got any idea roughly when MyRepublic Mobile may happen? I planning my recontract stuff, thinking which telco to go for no-contract while waiting for MyRepublic.

Earliest April 2017 if they were to be able to even get the license to operate. It can even be delayed if they choose to (which they hinted before). Better off getting a year of sim-only contract (e.g. M1 mySIM 12-month) while waiting, since it is still a long while to wait.

no anytime soon. I am also waiting but.... better off with M1 first.

i am also waiting for MyRepublic Mobile to be offered. hope they can come up with competitive plans.

Still long ah. My guess 2 years time.


They need to setup their network and this one take the longest time liao.
