Apparently the 'Peter' in the wrong sequence is preventing him from accruing miles from his SQ trips.

For my Krisflyer account, I just use my first and last names, I don't put in my mandarin name.

Personally this hasn't affected me so far. I've gone through the self check in process, and my passport works fine.
