[NAS] DS216 or DS216J ?

i'm new to the NAS field... i would like to ask for advise on which is better for me?

I would need a NAS for:
1. File backup from my PC/Laptop/Phone
2. Streaming HD video and audio onto my PC/Laptop/Phone
3. Access to the files when I'm overseas
4. I will need to mirror (can't remember is raid 0 or 1) the 2 drives in the NAS

I search around the web, i can't really find a clear answer on which is more suitable for me. The price difference is pretty significant.
