4 years ago, I built my first PC for my mother and it's been working great. Fast forward to now, I am looking at building a PC for myself.
Since that was my only experience, I would like to get some advice... I'm guessing some parts might now be obsolete, so would appreciate if anyone could help with a "2020 version" of this.
These were the parts used in the last PC:
INWIN Chopin
Intel i3-6100
MSi H110i PROAC
Sandisk SSD Plus 240GB
HGST 1TB HDD
Kingston 8GB RAM
Intend to use it mainly for WFH (usual office applications, Tableau, Power BI etc), watching videos, and some light gaming in future too.
I quite like the INWIN Chopin design, but I'm open to consider other small casings as well. Size would be a major consideration for me.
Budget would be around $5xx-$6xx.
Thanks in advance!
