Need advice for new rig

Hi all,

Old PC died, need some advice on buying a new rig (will be good if any of the items can still salvage). Prefer Intel chips.

Main purpose of the game is to play game (eg: Dota 2, D3, Overwatch) and some Photoshop (not intensive kind).
Budget: ~1.2k

Special Requirement:
MOBO needs to have at least 1 PCI-E slot that is not next to GPU slot.
Since I need to fit in GPU and Network Card (ASUS PCI-E AC66 Adaptor).
They cannot be fitted next to each other, tried and tested.

Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550

Graphics Card: Sapphire 7850
Memory: 2x PC2-6400 (400MHz) 2G
Storage Drive: Intel 330 120G SSD (Need 256GB ssd?)
Display: 21 Inch SAMSUNG LCD (Re-using)
Power Supply Unit: AeroCool V12-600
Casing: Corsair 550D (any problem in re-using?)

No need for Optical Drive, Mouse, Keyboard, OS.
