after reading what you have wrote. do you do tons of data transfering? if not get a B550M will save your headaches on heat issues. the Aero G board is not thunderbolt ready and it only make sense if you use it to do compliation and to save your data in your local hard drive. the B550 Vision D is far more superior compared to the Aero G. As for processing power. if you do have the extra 300 bucks to spare. just go for the 5950x, compilation time might be only a small margin but the heat on 5950x and 5900x. there is a big difference. 5950x run cooler in my case, not gaming.
Also of all m.2 why sabrent? get something more mature of editing. like the Koxia for storage and either Samsung Pro 980, WD 850 or Firecuda 520 as your operation and program drive. personally I use a X570 board and running off 3 x m.2 Firecuda 520. As compared to the heat.. Firecuda and samsung 980 are cooler than WD 850. transfer rate is remarkable. my settings are 1tb for OS , 1tb for editing progy and 2tb for temporary storage before transfering them to my nas or cloud.
For Sabrent, I have used it like 8 months, they get slower and slower and giving errors. yes heavy usage on them. had trouble with RMA and with their customer service. if you into games I have nothing to say but for work daily drive, stay clear from these m.2, they are not reliable nor durable.
For rams, you did your homework, those are excellent rams, these rams are at the sweet spot for editing. however do you need so much rams? you opening up alot of editing program at the same time? if it is, then 64 is justable, average media person will only need 32GB @ 3600 CL 16 with good tight timing (no need OC x.m.p and setting the Infinity Fabric)
