Need advice on pc build

I want to build a pc for mostly 3d model rendering (NX 8/solidworks) and play some games as well like LOL, bf4 more or less. Not gonna oc. New to pc build so i don't know a lot.
budget around 2-2.5k

intel i7 4770k/4771 (not sure)
asus z87 pro (not sure)

asus geforce gtx 770 2gb directcu ii
corsair vengeance pro 16gb (2x8gb) ddr3 1866
plextor m5pro 256gb ssd
wd blue 1tb hdd (already have 3tb nas)

This is my build so far. advice?
is this build ok? I never build a pc before so what else do i need? extra fans/sound cards/network adaptor?
advice can make it better and cheaper would be great. thanks for helping
