Hi techgurus, I need some advise for DIY. My budget is around 1.6K to 1.8K for CPU only, since my monitor is still working well. Will prefer an Asus setup.

Functions:
Work - MS Words, Photoshop, etc.

Gaming - Don't really do PC gaming, but might as well include it for future usage.

Media - Movies, mp3, youtube, etc.

Surfing

Optional: May be interested in doing some PS3 streaming via twitchtv. What are the things I need to add on for this? Costly?

A few doubts I would like to clear too.

RAM: Eg, should I go for a 2x4gb or a single 8gb?
Casing: Any quiet and nice looking ones to recommend? Due to space constraint, I can't have a big tower. Will provide measurements if needed.

Thanks in advance.

Overkill of getting i7-4770 and waste of money...

H80i isnt needed when he is nt gonna oc.

860w is overkill, 600w more den enough...

R9 280x is much better than 760.

At $1600, royfrosty recommendation is much better den urs.

royfrosty provided a good choice.

Depending on your photoshop usage, i7 may be a good idea no?
