I just realize if you hold it until 99 years old, for whole life policy, you sum assured will increase gao gao.
Not need till 99 la

BTIR, ppl just dun realize that not everyone can do well. All in u risk selling yo3u stock. Dun all in, u dun make 100% so might get lesser return

What if you make a mistake just before 65. Or market crash. GG nothing as backup.

BITR is great if we live in an ideal world

Is there any review on the OCBC PLG plan? I just met my RM and it looks like an attractive product with small outlay on financing. Wonder if there are other products similar that I can compare?

Its essentially a UL based on GE par fund. Your RM will earn a lot by selling you this plan. 1. Commission for the UL plan. 2. Commission for policy loan. Unless u r very rich and you are seeking diversification, I don't think most people should touch UL.

The returns are not guaranteed, and are not great anyway. And with financing? Even worse.

:( Unfortunately, already into second year of a 200K OCBC premierlife generation plan with 144K loan. Is there an optimal time to surrender and get out? No dependants so no need bequeath anything.
