Need apple repair expert advice: LCD screen part

Hi

Ok. i am claiming warranty for my iphone 5 16GB. As the phone fr singtel. i went to singtel tech iphone support at comcentre.

They open up the phone. Bring inside dun know do what. then come out tell me my iphone lcd screen was changed before not original. i was like..............

History:
The iphone was gotten 2 year back during the iphone 5 launch at MBS. The phone was with me the full time and i 100% swear the phone was not opened before and screen is per original.

So how can my LCD screen NOT be original? Ghost change for me? then they show me that the back of my lcd screen have this marking "RTD-95L" Which proof its not original. As original dun have any marking............ I was what the........

So any expert can advice if that can proof the screen to be original or wat?

Seriously its really crap excuse to me saying i changed my part which i 100% did not.

Sometimes telco some up with excuses... if you are covered under applecare you should go QCD instead.

Cheat your money one, why you let people take your phone away from you even for inspection?

Actually not possible, if ur iPhone had been repaired, bottom screws are the tell tale sign, no need to open and see the parts. Imho, st csb u.

the case have been made to applecare service.

So now applecare is handling for me now.

I went to singtel tech support on 18 Sept 2014 cos i suddenly found out my screen a bit pop out. read internet found it maybe bloated battery and i used for excise running sweat a lot. cos of the pop out, maybe sweat/water got into the screen. I went down to singtel to see if can stil claim under warranty. First they said screen water gone. then i said the pop out caused water to go in. then they open up the phone to check for the water marking. All 3 are white. But still they dun wanna accept but will rise to apple for them to decide if can claim warranty. Ok fine.

Yesterday got an sms fr singtel said my claim approved by apple. So today rush down lunch time to get it change.
Again say need to check the phone. take it in. check and check. Then tell me the screen is not original and one screw missing say i mod the phone b4 cannot claim...... also. say screw missing can replace for me its ok. But... again.... i swear the phone is total original. So Singtel F me up?

Then they call up applecare in front of me. talked to them. Then apple said will get senior tech adviser to look into it and get back to me..... really waste time and money driving there no time for lunch... So now wait for apple to get back to me.

Really first time do RMA on apple stuff give me so much ****. owned 5-6 apple product and this first virgin RMA is shitty experience.....

screen and phone replaced by Apple.

Ppl. 'fight' for your rights. 3rd party service sucks

Hopefully, Genius bar open in SG.

Before-service, they will said this can, that can. Spoil ah, go service centre confirm can change.

Then after-service, cannot, cannot and cannot. imo, after-service in sg are damn shitty. :vijayadmin:
