Honestly, no one will come your place and help you, UNLESS you are chiobutarui04 will fly to ur house.;D

did u make sure that all the connectors from the psu are connected snugly on the motherboard.

are you using GPU? switch to onboard if so.

try to reseat the Ram or try 1 stick/different slots

Make sure the heatsink is mounted correctly

no display means no power at all or have power but will not post?

If the former, the problem is usually a loose power connection. Push in the power plug at both ends.

Since you are willing to pay, just bring it to neighbourhood computer repair shop or sim lim.
