I have an old rig with some reusable parts below.
Thinking of reusing these parts for a PC for kids.
Mainly for study and light gaming.

MSI 560GTX-Ti 1GB (PCI Express x16 2.0)
FSP Aurum AU-600 600W 80+ GOLD
Intel 320S 160GB
Antec Sonata

Will need recommendation for CPU/MB/RAM.
Budget around $500.
Compatible with existing graphic card with potential upgrade in 1-2 years time.

for study and light gaming, maybe can consider the current intel g series with a matx gigabyte B Series board. ddr4 ram just go for kingston valueram.

Wow, thanks for the prompt response.
It's about 2 years old now.
Rarely used, bought it to replace the previous busted power supply.
