need help, 4G or 5G?

Hi all, with the 11.11 promotion I am thinking to recontract my sim only plan.

I would like to check with all of you, is 5G cover the whole Singapore yet?
I am not sure to spend $15 more per month for 5G or just get the normal 4g will do?

Nationwide outdoor coverage will only be completed sometime in late-2022 at the earliest, and underground coverage will take a much longer time to do so.

TBH, no point having 5G unless you stay/work in town/cbd. Some neighbouring estates that have 5G have about the same speed as 4G.

Not true depend is 5G SA or NSA they are different.. NSA uses 4G network thus slower

So right now 5g is not fully cover whole Singapore yet? So if I drive underground / in mrt, I will not have 5g and will auto change to 4g?

Yap for me no point paying 5g add on. what need so fast now with wfh? Wait for them to bundle and free 5g VAS like 4g roll out last time..

5G not really matured network yet…. Plus lack of applications for it atm. Wait another 1-2 years meantime do the 4G sim only.
