anyone knows which shop in SLS selling these HTPC casings and around how much? I am looking for these kind of horizontal layout chassis. Planning to build one HTPC for my new home in the near future. Thanks a lot in advance!

Perceivably smaller (at 15.7 litres) and shallower than your chosen Lian Li PC-C37U (18.6 litres) but supports standard ATX form factor PSU and is much more wallet-friendly, yet still built of top notch quality. Steel construction though. Only $149 from Cybermind.
