Need help building a gaming PC

Hi guys , i wanted to buy a PC since my laptop is going to die soon. As i have never buy a desktop before , i need some help to build a gaming desktop that can last me at least more than 3 years and able to support any upcoming games in the future My budget is ard 2k+( excluding monitors , keyboard and mouse ) .
