Need Help Downgrade win 8 to win 7

Hye guys... i really Need Help Downgrade win 8 to win 7 (I already had disc). I just need pro to downgrade for me. It's from my Alienware m14x. Just hate it using win 8. Pls guys need advice.

Why downgrade? If it's due to metro interface, u can always download 'Classic Shell'.
