need help! faulty chromebook

HI,

I have an old samsung series 3 chromebook.
The keyboard buttons aren't working. I have to use the onscreen keyboard to login.
I tried doing a recovery. but i can't even login to recovery mode. I contacted google support but they seems to be of no help and asked me to contact manufacturer.

So i need advise on what i should do. Is the chromebook really game over? can i go simlim to repair it? do they know what to do with it? is it even cost effective to repair ?
