Need help for a budget PC build !
I have always been using a laptop since poly till now ,just ord and my acer laptop has been giving me so much problem recently(blue screen , auto shutdown , over heat)
My budget is about 1k .May i ask which shop in SLS provides the best price for custom build pc ? Fuwell ?
I saw this build on fuwell price list , if possible guys can give me some suggestion regarding the parts? Thanks alot

If it is for gaming, this build is serious crap.

Go Tradepac for best price but they will try to recommend you more expensive stuff if they know that you are a noob.

Go PCthemes, good price and safe.

hi , yah it's more for gaming . Dota and maybe some fps at high settings will do . Which parts do i need to change ?

I recommend you a better one.
Note, this build doesn't no have SSD. It can easily run dota or dota2 at highest setting. It can even run battlefield 4 and crysis at high setting with decent frame rate.

if u can increase ur budget . get a 2nd hand gpu at price around 340-380 for 280x would be better since also gt warranty and get a ssd lower ur hdd to 500gb , power supply change to superflower 600W

Dun skimp on the psu, get a decent quality psu. I recommend superflower hx600w.

IMO, powercolour 280 isnt that worth it at $369 when i can get the powercolour 280x at $419 after bargaining. 280x is similar to 7970 ghz whereas 280 is similar to 7950/7970 (?). With a bit of top up, you can get sumthing better. With 280x, you can at least play high end games on 1080p in ultra with no problems.

Check your case's gpu length clearance, see whether the powercolour gpu can fit inside or not.

As for mobo, i dun recommend HDS after helping my fren build with that mobo. Position of some headers are weirdly positioned. Recommend top up a bit more to get Asrock B85M Pro 4 or MSI B85M G43 at least.
