I am currently a student on a tight budget. The heels on my working have worn out quite a bit.

Can yall recommend a cobbler in the east area I can go to for me to fix my my shoes?

Just go any shoe repair shop? Maybe Tampines? Century Square basement..that time i just fixed my soles there..price is ok.
