My 4year old desktop starting to gv me problem liao. (Suddenly black out and 'heng' with beeeeee sound)

Budget around $800
I only using it to play diablo3 (now setting is all on low) only game.
sometime utube also.
Know nothing on how to choose or build.

Hang + 'beeeeeeeep' = CPU overheating.

1) Download and run HWMonitor, check CPU, GPU temps.

2) If temps are too hot, take out CPU cooler, reapply thermal paste.

3) List down the specs of your old system. If using OEM, state model and brand of rig.
