need help for rig as cheap as possible

budget would be around 300-400ish

don't need psu and dvd writer, using onboard gpu hdd intending to reuse too

Got spare money to use can consider hoot 8GB RAM in case you open many many browser tabs, and premium Silverstone/Lian Li/Jonsbo casing. Just a suggestion.
