Dear bros, my wifey iphone was disabled and she nevr backup or sync to itune before. She needs to retrieve the pictures and notes inside the iphone 5. Any bro can help or recommend any shops? I have asked a few shops all says no way to recover the data. Appreciate and Thanks

i don't think that it is possible.
how did it get disabled in the first place?


the "data" that contains the key to unlock the data(photos/notes/etc) is embedded inside the phone.


this is to prevent other party from stealing important information/photos/etc. incase u ever lose your phone.

Did she use iCloud to backup? If she did she can just reset the phone and restore via iCloud. Best backup service ever.

For photos, if you have iCloud photo library you can access from another iPad or PC. Also photo stream if it was on.

Go to qcd/alab to get it unlock but be prepared to get fired by qns. How can one's personal phone be disabled/locked (the unlock attempts are so high).. this is sth I cannot comprehend.

Anyway, if the iphone is not backed up to ur pc or icloud through itunes, then when the stuff on the phone is lost, all is lost. Same thing when you do your work on your pc. If you don't save a backup copy to another drive, if ur main drive fails, all data would be gone.

Duno how the phone got lock....left it there for 3 weeks never use.
When turn on she try all the password doesnt help.

Bring ur prove of purchase there as well tgt with the original box which has the serial/imei info.

Try to backup abit more frequently ba.. a few seconds of your time only to save all ur impt stuff and photos.

Called Alab they say cant unlock without losing data.
Tmr try QDC their line no one pick up.

im not sure what OP is trying to achieve.

@OP: are u trying to ask the authorized center to break into a locked iphone? wasnt it already established that it's not possible to recover ur data?


@ all the others: stop fueling ur ideas that it's possible.


@wkweewee: have u actually had ur phone unlocked w/o losing data?

Try look for forensic services. Be prepare that this may cost you 3-4 digits for a detailed recovery.

Otherwise, Google on the recovery or forensic side if you want free.

Do take note, the more times that your iPhone hard disk is over write, the more data will be permanently loss.

If it's on iOS 8, there's no way you're going to get the data back if it's disabled.

even if u copy off the data, it will be garbage.. why? because the key is embedded in the phone, and u need that key to unlock ur data.

if ur phone is inaccessible, u dont have access to that key.
