i start my pc then see this grainy graphics on my pc and then the following screens. even when transit from one screen to another also look strange.

my graphic card up lorry already? just need experts word to confirm :s11:

Most likely either monitor kaput or GPU.

See if you have a spare monitor to test.

If plug in monitor still the same most likely gpu going to die.

If plug in to monitor and no issues most likely your monitor going to kaput.

thanks. this is new to me knowing that monitor kaput also like that one. i was just suspecting of the graphic card and needed experts' opinions to confirm it

Can also test by using a laptop to duplicate onto monitor to isolate cause. If no issue when displaying, means your GPU liao

If not GPU related, can be monitor uplorrying, faulty cable or something changed in the monitor settings need to be reset.

yeah spare monitor...if not you can try to plug integrated if the motherboard has one. if integrated also same problem means monitor.
