Need help on building a mid range gaming cpu!

hi masters,

i intend to build a gaming rig from scratch not looking to build one super high range kind. mid range good for gaming will do.

Please kindly advise!

budget never put. Basics like cpu/gpu preference never put. what kind of settings/fps you looking at achieving? all never put....
