Need help on building entry-level PC

Hi!

I'm looking to build a basic PC (Best if small and compact) purely for web-browsing and occasional video streaming purposes.

Would not require much storage, anything less than 300gb will do.

I will be using it with my TV as monitor so do I need a dedicated graphics card for HDMI output? Or do onboard graphics card make the cut?
