I plan to get
corsair water cooler
i5 4570
SSD

OTHER PART I really not sure what to get,
can some 1 help me ?
Budget is about 1500

Need OS and other peripherals?

If you don't intend to oc, no need to get AIO water cooler. Intel stock CPU cooler will suffice.
