need help on insurance / saving plan

i have a client who's BMI is at the range of 35-37 and thus had a hard time trying to find the best insurance for him.

Aviva rejected TPD and CI coverage with extra loading, same results for Manual life. im still waiting for the results for Tokio Marine and Ntuc. most likely with extra loading and some exclusions coming along.

If anyone required to know more about what insurance plan is most suitable for oneself. I am able to give good advises with ample experience in claims too.
