Need help on problem with window 7 OS

My notebook OS seem to have problem, it is red and full. I dont have much file in side but not sure why is full.
The last time i did is to back up my 128gb iphone on the notebook, after i collected my IP, i cant restore back up. It say " Itunes could not restore the iphone because there is not enough fee space on this computer to save backup"


What i have done so far, i have remove all picture and document from this computer, I did disk clean up, disk Defragmention, scan disc, but after i clear some space, it fill up red to full again. Any one have similar experiences before to help me?

how big is your hdd. those clean up wont works if its really full.
Is it full of software/program. or its your pictures/videos.

By the way, after doing disk cleanup, depending on how the files are deleted, they may still be in the Recycle Bin taking up space. Empty the Recycle Bin and see if free space is recovered.

type "size:gigantic" (without the quote) in the search box of your file explorer to see what are the large files that are taking up your space.
