Wow man!
Thanks for taking the time off to curate such a detailed reply!
Just a few quick questions..
The small stuff like screws and washers, will they come with the case or I have to purchase them separately?
Do you suggest me getting the case and items then deciding on what small items to get?

As for the drivers and stuff, what are the main ones I should download?
Screws and everything are included with the casing. You just need your own screwdriver.

Just get everything we suggested here. Small items like ssd and hdd are standardized sizes. So they will all fit for sure.

Download everything under drivers section and install them. Make sure it's the exact model will do.

This is a handy tip to know!
Any other tips that you think should be important for a first timer?

When mounting mobo into case, best to lay flat the case and mount.

Also when screwing in, do in a criss-cross manner, ie top right, bottom left, top left, bottom right, other screws. Do not tighten each screw at start but wait till all svrews are in then u tighten. And dun over tighten as u might break the mobo. As long as you felt the initial 'tightness', it should be fine.

Is there a right way up for the mobo?
Or both ways also can?
And the manual will come with the case?

refer to both case and motherboard manual.

If you lay case flat on the table/floor, it would be easier for u to mount.

Ahh.. Then if want to beautify my case, like put LED lights all, is it a standard way?
Or depending on case then need to identify?
