I have a Gemei G9 tablet & was pswd locked after my kid failed in several attempts to access it by pattern sliding.
It stated that I need to unlock but Gmail acct which I confirmed pswd is correct but the tablet still failed to login.Maybe it needs a wireless connection but I cannot enable this in the locked screen.
I tried recovery mode (press vol- & pwr buttons),but there was no menu to select in recovery mode.
I wanted to format or upgrade my G9...but usb connection failed to detect it on my Win7 PC.
Anybody knows how to recover the G9 from this situation?
If I can get it go back to the slide pattern login screen,I can access from here.....
