Need Help over Synology NAS

Hi all, my Synology DS213J which is a 2 drive bays shows me an error . It's say that my vol 1 is degraded and need to be replace. I have two 3tb HDD in it but I do not know which HDD is degraded.
I go over control panel and it's said disk 2 is working normal but I dont see any disk 1 info at all.so I assume my HDD 1 is spoiled . But then just to make sure, I switch my HDD from 1 to 2 and 2 - 1 and it's still said disk 2 is working normal. Now am confused which disk is degraded. Anyone can help?

So your volume has degraded, and the volume has 2 disks ?... so its a btrfs or EXT4 volume ?
so long as one disk is corrupted the whole volume is marked as degraded, so no matter how u swap disks the error is always there until u start the repair. AFAIK some older synology cannot swap disks, so u need mark the original disk sequence...
If you confident, that your disk has no problems you can start repair... some chances you can get it back. ( i always do this when i switch off without proper shutdown, also my NAS/Enterprise grade hdds are all very new)

If repair not successful, buy a new disk similar size or larger, and replace the physical faulty disk. Click repair from the volume... it will run for a few days... search youtube if u still not sure how to repair...

Had this problem with my 211J.

Turned out the NAS was damaged, and possibly damaging drives. The slot was faulty and RMA'd drives inserted into the slot soon exhibited the same problems even after rebuilding the volume.

Thanks.. strange thing is I still can access my photos and videos in Nas. Think I better transfer all these file to a ext hard disk . Thanks
