Need help pls.. Suspected GPU problem

Hi guys.. Basically my com has been running fine all this while.. Rig specs are on the right.

I have only been using the rig for playing CSGO and web browsing. As of last night i noticed i am experiencing stuttering during CSGO.

I tried playing BF4 and my fps is hovering around 60fps. This makes me suspect that my GPU is the causing the problems. Can any sifu here teach me how to troubleshoot to confirm if its the GPU anot.

I just turned on my GPU-Z and noticed on the chart my Core Clock and Memory Clock is having spikes. I am not running any game, only typing here on HWZ.

What are the temps on GPU-Z?

44degrees. not running any programmes or games.. only on web browser now.

Try revert back to default settings with MSi afterburner.

my gpu is not overclocked. only factory OC straight from the box
