need help to build small form factor cpu..

hi.. I'm thinking of building a small form factor cpu.. mainly for surfing, watching movies. will need to run photoshop very frequently and occasionally video editing.. may want to consider running vm on it too..

intending to reuse the superflower hx600 I have.. hopefully it will fit into the new casing.

need recommendations for:
cpu + mb (preferably Intel + gigabyte)
graphics card? just occasional games like fifa, need for speed
casing

possible to do it with ram for under 800?

hdd and psu will be reused.. thanks!

Just added these lately:

Xeon E3-1245V3
MSI B85M-G43
Lian li VC-V354 Casing

its a mATX setup, and all these cost me about 700+

reused 16GB RAM (reuse DDR#-133 ramsticks)

thanks all.. still thinking of the casing to get. will be having 1 x ssd, 2 x 3.5" hdd and an optical drive in the setup..

Corsair 250d if u need optical drive, node 304 if u dun need...

leaning towards the node 304 now.

the setup will probably be:
new:
gigabyte h87n-wifi + i5 4570
crucial 1 x 8gb ddr3
fractal design node 304 black

reusing:
super flower hx-600
intel ssd 180gb
wd black 2tb
wd green 1.5tb
powercolor hd4850 (possible? considering it still suits my current usage now)

any comments?
