Hi all,
I'm currently sourcing for a project/profit/performance management tool for my company. Would be interested in any software relating to profit and cost management.
As our works are largely project based, we are in need of a platform to help us do the following:
1. Manage manpower schedule
2. Keeping track of man hours and costing for employees attached to individual projects
3. Evaluate overall project costing
4. Evaluate project profitability base on overall project costing
Would be really really really grateful if you guys have any software to recommend
