Need help with gfx

As my previous card 560ti was faulty, I bought a replacement card radeon r9 270X recently. However, my monitor turned to power saving mode after I've installed the card when I try to switch on my system.

I'm using AcBel 560W PSU.

Any idea what i can do to troubleshoot?

I've tried removing the mobo battery to reset BIOS. I've also ensured that i've connected both 6 pin power supply to the gfx.

hmm how do u know that ur previous gtx 560 ti is faulty? no display doesn't always mean that graphics card is faulty. tried to reseat ur ram?

I brought my old card back to OEM to check and they confirmed it was dead. Yup...i tried resetting my ram but still doesn't work. Just wondering if my AcBel 560W may be the bottleneck.
