Need help with lock iPad

Hi.. currently my iPad was lock with the initial passcode screen and I forgot the passcode n Apple ID. I want to retrieve the info inside eg contact number n pictures.. is there anyone tat can help or assist? I can pay for the help rendered.. urgent pls

Becoz I forget the id n password as well so it can only factory reset which I don’t wan
