Need help with this error message

My com keeps blacking out once in a while and shows something like "graphics card driver stopped working and recovered".
I've since reinstalled the driver but it's not helping.
Should I replace the graphics card?

Check the graphics utility that comes with it. It could be possible that you have overclocked it too much till it crash.
