I was blackmail by somebody for showing my obsence video and threatened to post on my all Facebook friends account. They r from Philippines. Can anyone advice how to stop or block the video?

maybe you could call the police, blackmailing is a crime!

this is a serious crime. You should report it on Facebook and also the police. Its a cyber crime.
