Need recommendation for 7" tablet.

I'm trying to get a tablet for my auntie as a gift. Budget of around 300-400 can be lesser or higher. Doesn't need a lot of functions, just needs to be able to use facebook, skype and youtube, nothing much else. WiFi only. Would be a plus if the tablet is updateable to 4.3 jellybean too.

Appreciate your help here as I am not too familiar with market rate for android tablets.

best now is still nexus 7 (2013) , US$269 from amazon.com which should be about S$350, free shipping too.
