I'm planning to add more hard disk in the future and would like the system to run quietly.
Budget 1.3k, not reusing any parts except for wifi adapter, need os.

Usage:
- Net browsing, video watching, music playing just multitasking in general
- Photoshop and various graphic editing programmes
- Microsoft Office

Most likely leadtek will be oos. Can get 7850 or r9 270 powercolor.
The rest should have stock.
